It’s been a month since I last shared a substack! I’ve spent the past month not super well, but after several doctor appointments, tests and my mom coming to the rescue, I’m definitely on the mend!
Brussels sprouts Caesar salad - once again, Gillie has the best inspiration for lunches! Her Caesar salad uses roasted Brussels sprouts and dressings sans anchovies. This has become my fixation food for the past 2 weeks and I can’t stop making it! It’s an easy one to meal prep too which is always a plus in my books.
Blueberry Hot Cross Buns - I’m not usually a hot cross bun girlie, but I can’t get enough of these blueberry ones!
Souper Cubes - I love these souper cubes for soups, stews and sauces! I first bought one at the end of last year and it has made freezing soup so much easier. No more giant tupperware taking up space in my freezer or attempting to pour soup into a ziploc bag to freeze.
